  • Each country’s rule of law related to environment, safety, health must be observed.

    1. Safe and eco-friendly workplace should be created by thorough compliance with environmental and safety related standards.

    2. Laws and regulations related to safety and disaster prevention should be thoroughly observed with the aim of accident-free in the workplace.

    3. Quarantine related laws and guidelines of the government and the company should be thoroughly observed in the event of an epidemic.

We receive reports from the executives and employees or external stakeholders like business partners for fraudulent or unethical behaviors by our executives and employees to establish our transparent and ethical enterprise culture.

  • Behaviors of receiving money or entertainment from stakeholders in doing one’s job duties
  • Behaviors of gaining unfair advantage with abuse of power or causing harm to the company by fraudulent means or intent

  • Anonymous report : Excluding informant name or contact information
  • * Investigation may not be proceeded for the reports which do not go into details, lack clear evidence, or include personal or false/malicious information.
Informant Protection

The secret of informant is strictly protected and the informant will never suffer any disadvantages from the reports.
(In case of the informant’s direct involvement, the accountable level will be assessed to mitigate)
Any intents to identify informant is prohibited.
